My Old Navy posts are always my most popular and you are going to love this one! The spring Old Navy new arrivals are so good this year, I honestly had a hard time deciding what to share. In the end, I found some really great casual and athleisure pieces, some must-have spring dresses and denim shorts that are some of the best I’ve found this year.
As usual, I’m sharing versatile pieces and styling things in multiple different ways. In all, I have thirteen new styles and all come in a wide range of sizes, some come in petite and tall sizes as well.
MY SIZING
For reference, I’m 5’7″ with a long torso and long legs. I typically wear a 27 in jeans or a size 4. My bra size is a 34D, and I am a true size medium in tops but sometimes size down for a more tailored fit or up for a more oversized fit. If I own the item I will always list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!)

So many of you have already snagged these jean shorts and they really are so good! They have a higher rise, but not ultra-high. And the inseam is the perfect length, not too short, not too long, perfect for everyday wear. The comfort level is 10/10 and they fit TTS, I’m wearing my true size 6 in shorts.
This cropped sweatshirt is one of my favorites from this spring Old Navy haul! This color is so pretty and I love the fit. The weight is perfect, nice and lightweight for going into spring and summer. You could wear this over a swimsuit or through on over a sports bra for the gym. It fits true to size, I’m wearing a medium.

I also picked up the black version of this cropped sweatshirt. These honestly remind me of Free People and are the perfect throw on and go wardrobe basic. Wear with jeans, shorts, leggings, joggers. I love easy pieces like this!
I also snagged the 5-inch inseam jean shorts and love these as well. I’m in my true size 6 in these, which is the normal size I usually wear in shorts. These are very comfortable and flattering and are cute while still being super flattering.
I think this top also looks adorable with these vintage style slim-fit joggers. These have great length and a very flattering fit. They are definitely a style that can be worn for lounging and out and about. They come in 5 colors and I’m wearing my true size small.

Everyone needs a midi length tee shirt dress in their closet. They are a versatile basic that can be dressed up or down and styled for so many different occasions. The fit on this one is really flattering, not body-conscious, but still shows your shape. There are also modest slits on both sides. I love wearing them casually with sneakers and my favorite jean jacket for an effortlessly cute look that doesn’t look like you tried too hard. I’m wearing my true size small in the dress and a medium in the jean jacket.

This white blouse is so pretty and feminine and has the most flattering neckline. I inadvertently grabbed a size large in this and definitely need a medium, but the pin tucking and embroidery are so beautiful. It reminds me of something you’d find at Madewell. I always gravitate toward white, but I’m linking the other available prints and solids.

I also loved the style of this striped swing top and it also has major Madewell vibes. Very comfy and can be worn with a regular bra. I styled it here with skinny jeans, but this would also be very cute paired with denim shorts. The back is smocked and I’m wearing a medium, but need the size small.

How cute is this babydoll dress? I love the fit and it has pockets! Another cute and versatile piece that you could dress up or down. I love pairing dresses like these with my favorite distressed jean jacket and sandals or sneakers, but this would also be cute dressed up with a cardigan and wedges. I’m wearing a size small.

Who doesn’t love a versatile graphic? Here are three ways to style this darling daisy print tee. It’s perfect layered over this dress with sneakers for an effortlessly cool and casual look and also adorable with jean shorts or white jeans. I’m wearing a size medium and the fit is slightly oversized.

Bike shorts and tie-dye are back and they pair perfectly together in this super casual weekend look. These oversized tees are also perfect to pair with leggings and cover the booty. They definitely run oversized, I’m in a size small.
