White sneakers are a must-have closet staple and such a closet workhorse. Today I’m sharing how to style white sneakers from casual to dressy. I love how a basic white sneaker can pair with anything from jeans and loungewear to dresses and skirts. And they give any outfit that cool, not trying too hard vibe.
My White Sneakers
My Adidas Advantage sneakers are the perfect basic everyday white sneaker. They are super comfortable and very versatile. I always size down 1/2 a size in Adidas.
For reference, I’m 5’7″ with a long torso and long legs. I typically wear a 27 in jeans or a size 4. My bra size is a 34D, and I typically wear a size medium. If I own the item I will always list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. I wear a size 8 in shoes but always size down 1/2 size in the brand I’m wearing in this post. (TTS= true to size!)
I also frequently share in-depth try ons over on Instagram Stories where I always share sizing info!
How to Style White Sneakers with a Jumpsuit
This jumpsuit is an Amazon find and is seriously as comfortable as pajamas. I love styling it casually with sneakers for a sporty vibe. But it’s also very cute with sandals and can be dressed up with wedges, as well.
How to Style White Sneakers with a Dress
White sneakers pair perfectly with a sweatshirt or tee shirt dress for a cute and sporty look with a feminine touch. And I love that it’s still super comfy, but also pulled together. Outfits like this are great because you can really personalize them with your choice of accessories!
How to Style White Sneakers with Loungewear
I could likely do an entire post on 20 different ways to style this pair of wide-leg lounge pants. These terrycloth pants are so comfortable and I wear them all the time. And, when I say all the time, I mean ALL.THE.TIME!
They are a step up from a regular jogger and the modern wider cut leg is so flattering and versatile. I love rocking them with a band tee and my white sneaks but you could totally dress these up too!
Out of all of these ideas on how to style white sneakers, this look is one of my favorites.
How to Style White Sneakers with Shorts

Who doesn’t love a cute pair of pull-on chambray shorts? In my opinion, these are 10x more comfortable than a pair of cutoffs and infinitely more flattering. They are also incredibly versatile. Wear them with a graphic tee and sneakers or pair them with a feminine blouse and strappy sandals.
How to Style White Sneakers with Jeans
A monochromatic all white look makes even the most casual of outfits look 10x more chic. Whether you go the athletic or snappy casual route, a pair of white jeans, a simple white top and your favorite white sneakers is always a good idea. Add a statement jacket and you’re good to go.
For some of us, getting dressed up these days can mean throwing on a pair of jeans. These mom jeans are flattering, comfortable, and are the perfect length for sneakers. Add a comfy top in a pretty spring hue and your favorite white sneakers and you’ve got the perfect everyday outfit.
How to Style White Sneakers with a Skirt
Who says you can’t wear sneakers with a skirt? I love the sporty yet feminine vibe of pairing a frilly skirt with a hoodie and sneakers. This outfit is perfect for those who may not love wearing shorts and would also work with a midi-length skirt. It’s also great for this time of year when you never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at us!
I think I’m proving here that you can even dress up your white sneakers. I love anything leopard which is a neutral in my opinion. And the juxtaposition of this super girlie leopard skirt with the sportier vibe of the sneakers and jean jacket is so fun. This outfit is perfect for so many occasions!
