Come join me and impress your friends and family with new recipes from Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Rick Bayless. Learn from the master chef as he shows how to prepare some of his favorite award-winning fall dishes. The best part? There’ll be plenty of scrumptious samples to enjoy! Rick Bayless is known for his Top Chef Master title and Mexican cuisine. His two award-winning restaurants, The Frontera and Topolobampo can be found side by side in the windy city of Chicago. That’s not all he’s accomplished though! He also started the Frontera Farmer Foundation in 2003 to attract support for small Midwestern farms. Each year, grants are given to our local farmers for capital improvements to their family farms. 

I have always been a fan of Rick Bayless, as I have always enjoyed both eating and cooking Mexican-style food. His restaurant, Topolobampo, was the very first upscale restaurant that I ever visited and remains one of my favorites to this day. And each Christmas, I always make and serve his Acapulco-style shrimp cocktail recipe
