Fall Capsule Wardrobe from Target

Target has made it super easy to put together an entire Fall capsule wardrobe this year! My last order was full of cozy sweaters, versatile basics, and easy layering pieces. And what I love about all of these pieces is how easily you can mix and match them, creating endless outfit combinations. 

MY SIZING

For reference, I’m 5’7″ with a long torso and long legs. I typically wear a 27 in jeans or a size 4. My bra size is a 34D, and I typically wear a size medium top but sometimes size down for a more tailored fit or a large for a more oversized fit. If I own the item I will always list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!)

Creating a Fall Capsule Wardrobe from Target

This poncho sweater is as soft and cozy as it gets. Wear it with joggers, leggings, or even over a dress. It comes in four gorgeous neutrals but I love this versatile beige color. It is quite oversized. I’m 5’7″ but if you are more petite this might be one to pass on.

This reverse tie-dye sweatshirt sold out in a hot minute! It’s actually made inside out, giving it a super soft fleecy feel. The black and grey colorway is still available. And these cargo joggers were another big win for me. You could seriously style these so many different ways! Dress them up for date night, wear them casually with a sweatshirt or graphic tee, layer with a cardigan and cami, or pair with a slouchy sweater and sneakers or loafers!

This ruffle sleeve sweater is another really fun elevated basic. I love that it can be styled more casually, dressed up, or worn to the workplace. It has a really flattering fit as well. These jeans were a bit of a miss for me. I love the high rise and distressing, but they are very long which just isn’t flattering in a straight leg style. However, if you are up for cutting your jeans these are a flattering $22 option.

This is really the quintessential fall sweater. I love the slightly oversized cozy fit, the ribbing details, and the slightly high-low hemline. I sized down to a small and it comes in eight gorgeous colors.

I almost passed up this cardigan but I’m so glad I didn’t. It has a buttery soft chenille feel and the prettiest drape. I can imagine cozying up in this all winter long. And this little cropped cami was another surprise. It’s perfect for layering under cardigans now and can even be worn as a thin undershirt when it gets chilly outside.

How gorgeous is this color block cardigan?! I just love the gorgeous fall colors. The quality is excellent, it actually reminds me of Madewell. This is another incredibly soft sweater and comes in nine colors.

This pretty mauve cardigan is the same style as the one above, I just wanted to show how great they these sweaters also pair with leggings! And speaking of leggings, these have to be my most prized find from this Target haul! These spot-on Spanx faux leather leggings dupes are not to be missed! And they’re just $16!!I sized down to an xsmall for a little more compression and am just so excited about this capsule wardrobe find.

I had my eye on this graphic tee for a while and love it even more in person! The colors are so fun and it reminds me of a much pricier designer tee. I sized up to a large so I could wear it with these leggings.

This cropped hoodie is another fun find that’s right on-trend and adorable with a pair of high-waisted leggings. I sized up to an x-large for length and it comes in six colors.

This sherpa was another really good find. It is a dupe for the Free People sherpa and is so soft with luxe details. It does run a little boxy so I sized down to a small for the most flattering fit and was still able to wear a sweater underneath!
