All summer the Amazon mini skirt was my best seller! This skirt comes in so many colors and prints, is universally flattering and endlessly versatile. And at around $16 it’s a must-have. While at first glance, this skirt may seem to be something you would only reach for during the summer months, I’m here to show you that it is an absolute need for your fall wardrobe with six different fall outfits!
This skirt is so much more versatile than it seems. And while it was adorable with wedges, pretty blouses, and jean jackets this summer, it also pairs perfectly with sweaters, leather jackets, and boots for fall!
MY SIZING
For reference, I’m 5’7″ with a long torso and long legs. I typically wear a 27 in jeans or a size 4. My bra size is a 34D, and I typically wear a size medium top but sometimes size down for a more tailored fit or a large for a more oversized fit. If I own the item I will always list my size and any recommendations I have for sizing up or down for quick reference. (TTS= true to size!)
Styling the Amazon Mini Skirt for Fall: The Spotted Skirt

This spotted version of the skirt is my most worn of these. Add a cropped sweater and over the knee boots for a cute date night look. Of course, if OTK boots aren’t your thing, any knee-high boot or bootie style will look great too! And you could even add a pop of color with a fun bag.

For a more casual take on styling the Amazon mini skirt for fall, I paired it with sneakers and a graphic tee. The moto jacket gives the look a little edge and is just a really great fall layer.

For this outfit, I just swapped out the graphic tee and sneakers for a black tee and booties. It’s the perfect way to take the second outfit from day to night. This is another great look for a GNO or date night!

I love pairing a feminine skirt with a chunky knit! The contrasting fabrics create texture and interest. And I always add a pair of fun sneakers for a casual and comfy, but still pulled-together look that’s a little bit girlie and a little bit tomboy.

This is the perfect transitional fall outfit! Simply adding a basic white tee, a jean jacket, and booties takes this skirt from spring to fall. Wear this look out to lunch, to the farmers market, or to brunch with your girlfriends. And if you want to make it a little more casual, just swap the booties for sneakers!

I can’t get enough of leopard print lately! If you’ve been looking to add a fun animal print to your wardrobe, this skirt is the perfect affordable way to do it. I love the feminine ruffles and the juxtaposition with the chunky knit sweater.

Snakeskin is a HUGE trend for fall and the pretty neutrals in this one are so pretty! I’m fairly picky about snakeskin print, as it can look cheap, but this one is gorgeous. This skirt works with so many fall colors and the fun print is a great way to try out the trend without making a big investment.
I love how it pairs with an oversized poncho, but you could style this same look with any oversized, drapey sweater that you have in your closet. I’ll show you in the next outfit how to style these pieces more casually…

A cropped cardigan is a huge fall trend that I’m loving and it pairs perfectly with this feminine skirt. Leave it buttoned with a front tuck to define the waist, or open over a pretty camisole.

This style is super similar to the spotted white and black skirt above but the fabric is more of a crepe. This look is also very similar to look #4 but I wanted to include because I love the rich emerald tone and the drape of the fabric. This is such a versatile outfit that you could wear for so many different occasions.

This skirt is a bit different than the others in terma of the fabric. It’s more of a linen blend and reminds me so much of Free People! I love the pretty rust color for fall and how it pairs with a little sweater and sneakers. It’s also adorable with a graphic tee and cardigan.
