The Chicest Snow Boots
Earlier in the season I saw another mom at school pick up wearing these boots and may have shoved a few people out of my way to ask her where she found them! They are the chicest snow boots I have ever seen. Just using chic and snow boots in the same sentence feels like an oxymoron, but they really are just that. Sleek, with interchangeable laces and the perfect height wedge heel. And they are practical, you guys! Warm and super duper comfy. And I found them on sale:)
Staying Warm and Looking Cute
Now this is no easy feat here in Chicago. When Rach and I got together to shoot these photos, we were complaining about the cold, but little did we know…30 degrees these days would feel like a heat wave!
It’s no secret that the secret to staying warm in the winter is layers, but when you keep things neutral and monochromatic and mix up textures, you can also stay warm without sacrificing on style! The eyelash cardigan has been a huge trend this winter and I’m loving it. These sweaters are so soft and cozy, I’ve been living in mine.
I’ve also been getting a ton of wear out of this Free People thermal. I love the mixed textures and the fact that it has thumbholes. Its the perfect piece to show off a bralette too and I’ve even worn mine out for a casual date night. Also loving this option. How pretty is that soft pink color?
So there you have it! My layering essentials for staying warm and looking cute!
