Making Healthy Changes
Growing up my weight was fortunately not something that I struggled with. Mostly, its genetics that I have to thank for that. Sure, I yo-yo’d a bit in college, but overall I was pretty happy with my body and didn’t suffer with a lot of insecurities. However, I wasn’t always making the smartest choices. I ate too much sugar and didn’t get enough exercise or enough fresh air. Then, after my daughter was born I decided I needed to make some changes. I started going to the gym, making better dietary choices and getting outdoors more often. However, since I’m often on the go, it’s important to find snacks that I can grab as I run out the door to eat on the go.

Recently, during one of my weekly trips to Target, I was introduced to Weight Watchers snacks. An Easy Caprese Appetizer
I also use Weight Watchers string cheese in this easy caprese appetizer. I simply spear slices of the cheese stick with grape tomatoes and fresh basil and serve with Italian vinaigrette for dipping. Its an easy party recipe or perfect for snacking on at home. Even my kids love this snack!
