Its the Bomb{er}
Happy Tuesday guys! Its officially jacket season here in Chicago and I couldn’t be more excited! With the cooler temps this week, I’ve finally been able to break out my bomber jacket and it really is the perfect extra layer for fall. Unless you have been living under a rock, you’ve probably noticed that bomber jackets seem to be everywhere from Target to Nordstrom. I looked for quite sometime before finding mine at Forever 21. I loved the ribbon detail and the fact that its lightly lined but not overly so. However, I actually ordered 2 other bombers before finding this one. The cropped silhouette can be a tricky one for me and the jackets with too much padding ended up adding more width than I liked. This one felt a little more sleek and streamlined, which I preferred.
There is no denying that the bomber jacket is super casual, but I love how it also looks over dressier outfits, giving them that instant cool-girl vibe. I’d love to style this with a lace dress and heels for a date night look. Let me know if that would be something you guys would be interested in seeing!
