Its hard to believe that fall is just around the corner and with that come cooler temperatures and a shift in our wardrobes. Adding a layer to your look is one of the easiest ways to transition your summer wardrobe to fall. For now, its still pretty toasty during the day here in Chicago, but lately the mornings and evenings are noticeably cooler and I’ve been breaking out a light jacket.
Suspect #1 is this ruffle hem military jacket from Free People. Its such a fun and feminine take on a classic piece. I opted to keep the rest of my outfit fairly basic and added a fun bag for a pop of color. The crossbody pouch is set to be one of the it bag styles for fall and Forever 21 has a great selection.
