You guys, its October 19th!! Can someone please tell me what the heck happened to October? My favorite month of the year is nearly two-thirds over! Two weekends ago when I took these photos with my blogger friend, turned real-life friend Katie the weather was warm and it still felt pretty summery. Now, however, it is super chilly, windy and feeling a whole lot like winter is around the corner! NOOOOOO!!! I still have to carve pumpkins and plan my halloween costume!

I am so happy I took advantage of the warm days to wear this adorable smocked mini dress from BooHoo. For those of you in places where the weather is still warm, the print and colors in this dress are totally on point for fall, but its definitely lightweight enough to wear with some cute booties and be comfortable! I loved how it looked with my favorite OTK boots from Chinese Laundry, and also plan to wear it with skinny jeans, a cozy cardigan and booties (obsessed). Are you transitioning any dresses for fall? I’d love to hear your tips below!
