Happy Monday! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you had a great Easter weekend, filled with family and friends and good food! I made this recipe for scalloped potatoes and ham, which is kind of a tradition for me, and because its a holiday and all diets go out the window, I added a layer of frozen onion rings for the last 15 minutes of cooking. YUM! I also cooked up green beans and we had my mom’s famous apple pie for dessert. I posted my first recipe here last week. Did you guys like it? Would you like to see more recipes? Let me know, it was a really fun change up for me!
Now that the weather is finally warming up here in Chicago, its fun to pull out lighter neutrals like grey and blush. I was finally even able to {briefly} slip into a skirt over the weekend. I swapped it out for jeans before too long, but I am loving a grey structured mini for spring. Mine is down to pretty limited sizes but I linked some other great options for you guys! This sweatshirt dresses it down and makes it more weekend-appropriate. I also love this blush bucket bag from H&M. It’s such a great price point, holds a ton and the color is phenomenal. I literally get complements every time I wear it. This ring is the perfect finishing touch. It’s such a great statement piece and I was so excited when Rocksbox sent it over. If you’re like me and love a good mail day, definitely check out Rocksbox. For $19 a month, your personal stylist sends you jewelry based on your custom wish list. You can wear the jewelry for a month and then return it or purchase one or more of the pieces. Right now, get your first Rocksbox for only $10 with the code WISHESANDREALITYXOXO!
