Reflecting on the New Year
I’ve never been a big fan of new year’s resolutions. They always seemed like a recipe for failure. I’m a much larger proponent of making small, but sustainable, lifestyle changes that are easier to maintain and promote overall health. For example, instead of pledging to go to the gym at least 4x a week, try committing to getting some form of physical activity as frequently as possible.
